My passion is massage and the benefits it has on the mind and body. With 22 years’ experience, I have developed a unique treatment combining methods from around the world, a fusion of techniques from fascial release, trigger point therapy, hot stones, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage and Indian head massage. All using natural organic ethically sourced essential oils and products to give you the best possible treatment and outcome. Each treatment is customised to your specific needs after an in-depth consultation.
I have run my own business for the last 13 years, and have previously had the roles of massage therapist, lecturer/trainer and assessor within the health & beauty industry over the last 22 years. This has given me a wealth of knowledge and has honed my skills and knowledge enabling me to provide a truly holistic treatment treating the body and mind.
